Acceptance of terms By accessing or using PayPing (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use PayPing. If you use PayPing on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization. ## 3. Accounts and security You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. ## 4. Plans, billing, and AI credits - Free and paid plans may be offered at our discretion. - Paid features are billed through third-party payment processors. - AI credit packs grant a fixed quantity of credits when purchase succeeds. - Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable. - We may update pricing or packaging in the future with notice when required. ## 5. Recurring data and reminders You own your recurring payment data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide reminders, analytics, and related features. Reminders are convenience features only. We do not guarantee every reminder will be delivered on time or that reminders will prevent third-party charges. You are responsible for verifying dates, amounts, and billing obligations with merchants, issuers, and utility providers. ## 6. SMS notification terms If you add a phone number and enable SMS reminders, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including an initial confirmation/test message. - Message frequency depends on your account activity and reminder settings. - Message and data rates may apply. - You may disable SMS notifications at any time from account settings. ## 7. AI features and output AI chat responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. AI usage may consume credits. If your credits are depleted, AI access may be limited until more credits are available or purchased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated recommendations before acting on them. ## 8. Chrome Extension The PayPing Chrome Extension can detect recurring payment details from pages you explicitly choose. You agree to use it only for legitimate personal/business management and not for scraping or abuse. ## 9. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes. - Attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use. - Upload malware or harmful code. - Abuse platform resources or evade limits. - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation. ## 10. Third-party services The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, SMS providers, analytics providers, and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. ## 11. Intellectual property PayPing and related content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute the Service without permission. ## 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time. ## 13. Disclaimer The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. ## 14. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. ## 15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayPing and its team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. ## 16. Changes to terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. ## 17.
